Can I upgrade my plan later if my business grows?

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Growth to Premium at any time. We handle the entire migration and your new features are activated within 48 hours of your upgrade payment.

How long does setup take?

Starter plans are live within 48–72 hours. Growth and Premium within 5–7 business days.

What happens if I want to cancel my plan?

There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Simply notify us before your next billing date and your plan will not renew. Your chatbot will remain active until the end of your current paid month.

Do unused messages and lead alerts carry over to the next month?

Monthly plan conversations and lead alerts refresh at the start of every new month and do not carry over. However add-on packs are valid for 90 days from purchase giving you a full three month window to use them.
